We have a policy of not accepting any returns.
Late or missing products
We use Delhivery for all our deliveries. After every package is sent out, the receipt would have been mailed to you. In case you can track it isn’t reaching you, please contact us at dropin@bilihu.in
Exchanges
We do not accept any exchanges. Once the item is delivered, we cannot take it back.
Shipping
We ship using India post that is a trusted, trackable shipping service. Depending on where you live, shipping charges and time would vary.
