Returns
We have a policy of not accepting any returns.
Late or missing products
We use India Post for all our deliveries. After every package is sent out, the receipt would have been mailed to you. In case you can track it isn’t reaching you, please contact us at dropin@bilihu.in
Exchanges
We do not accept any exchanges. Once the item is delivered, we cannot take it back.
Shipping
We use Delhivery and Fedex for shipping. For local deliveries we use runner apps that are available at the time or order fulfillment. If the order is placed before 1pm, it'll be shipped out the same day or else the next day. If all goes well, the orders will be delivered the next day (in Delhi NCR) and 2-4 days pan India.
Cancellation policy
We do not have any cancellation policy. But we will however address your queries on email or whatsapp.
