Cold Brew blend especially for Coconut Water

At Bili Hu, the first blend we made was for a childhood friend of mine who runs a fresh coconut water brand – Coconut Anna.

We made a whole body blend, using only top-grade Indian origin Arabica coffees.

I used a 1:7 coffee to water ratio for a cold brew and left it for 15 hours to extract.

Given cold brews are known to have high amounts of caffeine, they appropriately launched coffee flavored coconut water on Monday lending a fix to everyone’s Monday blues by having coconut water with coffee.
